Another of my favorite salads. Sometimes this is all I need <3.. Had them last wednesday when I came back from my sports session. Still had calories to spend and decided I.must.have.this.
Ingredients:
– tomatoes (I prefer cherry tomatoes), just take as much as you want, I had 450 grams
– feta cheese, 200 grams of any light feta cheese
– pepper, salt
– greek salad herbs like these
– olive oil
– garlic
Preparation:
Mix the herbs with water and olive oil. Slice the feta and chop the garlic. Mix with tomatoes, pepper and salt and ready!
