Self invented Pizza Meatloaf

Let me start by saying I love pizza. Just because I am counting calories it does not mean that I may never have pizza again. Or you! The ingredients are meant for one person.This dish is normally served with home made tzatziki (recipe will also be uploaded) and in total with the ingredients I use it has about 589 kcal. I choose to add the brands I use not for commercial reasons (although they can thank me later lol) but for those who want to know what I am talking about or how it looks. Also I will start experimenting with other pizza types (pizza Hawaï is next) and keep you informed. Bon appetit for now…

Ingredients:
100 grams pizza dough (Cucina, german Aldi) (just divide it in to 4 equally big pieces)
62,5 grams mozzarella light (be light, german Aldi)
1 onion
20 grams garlic (just use whatever you like, I normally take one big round “solo knoblauch”)
50 ml sieved tomatos
2 tomatoes
100 grams meatloaf low fat or turkey meatloaf which i also like a lot
peper, salt, taco herbs or spaghetti herbs, italian herbs

Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 220 degrees Celsius (normal oven) or 200 degrees Celsius (hot air oven). Heat a pan and put in the meatloaf. I did not use oil or butter cause it still has enough “fluids” in it to not stick to the pan. After stirring a while put in the tomatos (sliced thin), onion (chopped in whatever size you wants), garlic (chopped in small pieces), sieved tomatoes and the spices. I did not provide quantities in regard to the spices, just add the amount you want. Also if you like other spices go ahead! It’s your party :). When it is warm I put it over the pizza dough which I placed on the furnace grate on baking paper. The finishing touch is putting the sliced into pieces mozzarella on top of the pizza dough and putting it in the oven for 15 minutes.

When you take it out of the oven it smells great and tastes delicious with tzatziki. Of course a green salad aside is also a good and healthy idea.
